PURPOSE: A propeller shaft with a sliding structure is provided to prevent the propeller shaft from being corroded by preventing foreign materials from flowing in. CONSTITUTION: A propeller shaft with a sliding structure comprises a first shaft(100), a second shaft(400), a boot(200), an insert(300), a first clamp(500a), and a second clamp(500b). First spines are formed on the outer surface of the first shaft. Second spines(410) are formed on the inner and outer surfaces of the second shaft. The boot prevents foreign materials from flowing into the first and second shafts. The insert is made of an elastic material. The first clamp couples the first shaft and one end of the boot. The second clamp couples the second shaft, the insert, and the other end of the boot.
