PURPOSE: A storage capacitor array circuit is provided to inactivate the capacitor generating a leakage current by sensing a generation of the leakage current in the capacitor. CONSTITUTION: An enable signal generator(1) generates a test enable signal. A storage capacitor array(2) includes a plurality of storage capacitors. Each storage capacitor includes a switch element and the capacitor. The switch element is connected between a power supply voltage and predetermined node. The switch element is switched in response to the test enable signal. The capacitor is connected between the node and a ground voltage. The switch element is turned off, in case a test mode signal is enabled or a fuse is cut.
