PURPOSE: An air conditioner control method of a vehicle comprising a stop-start system is provided to maximize the energy efficiency by performing any one of cooling, cold air storage and cold air discharge modes of the air conditioner depending on the operation of the engine, the air conditioner and the stop-start system. CONSTITUTION: An air conditioner control method of a vehicle comprising a stop-start system comprises the following steps. It is determined whether the vehicle runs and the air conditioner and the stop-start system operate(S100). If the first and the second are yes but the third is no, the cooling mode using the air conditioner is performed(S200). If all yes, the cold air storage mode of lowering the temperature of cold air storage material is performed(S300). If the first is no and the third is yes, the cold air discharge mode of using at least one of the cold air storage material and thermoelement is performed based on the operation of the air conditioner(S400).
