摘要 <p>PURPOSE: A method and a system for reusing dynamic frequency based on virtual cell in an OFDMA(Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiple Access) system are provided to communally use the whole channel resource given by a plurality of mobile terminals of 3 sectors in a virtual cell, thereby flexible assigning channel resource in mobile terminal. CONSTITUTION: The first type BS(Base Station)(250) assigns frequency resources to sector 1, 2 and 3. The second type BS assigns the frequency resources to sector 10, 11 and 12. The third BS(270) assigns the frequency resources to sector 7, 8, and 9. A sub channel groups comprises a sub channel group A(241), a sub channel group B(242), a sub channel group C(243), and sub channel group D(244). The sub channel group A, B and C can preferentially be assigned to virtual cell of each type A, type B, type C. Each virtual cell(210,220,230) can successively assign sub channels of sub channel group(A1~A3,B1~B3,C1~C3,D) to a mobile terminal.</p>
