The present invention relates to an automatic information guiding method which does not request identification or authentication but extracts the Caller ID (CID) of a transmitting terminal, and provides information relevant to a subscriber by using the extracted CID as identification or authentication in providing customized information which requires different information for each individual in an ARS. The method of the present invention transmits information of a low security level immediately after connection, and provides information of a high security level by using CID as a first authentication and input information of a transmitter as a second authentication. When the service of the present invention is applied to a door to door delivery service, customers may easily obtain transportation information without any authentication process by calling the phone number of the information providing service through the use of the terminal printed on a waybill even in cases where the customers do not know the information such as the freight transportation company, waybill number, or the like, thus reducing communication costs and activating an electronic commerce system. |
