A process for preparation of oil from the grape seed provides for the extraction of damp grape seed by aqueous-alcoholic solution by means of digestion, after that they are separated from the extract, dried in vacuum at the temperature not higher than 45 °C and grinded at cooling with vapor of liquefied nitrogen, the extraction of oil from the grinded seed mass is carried out with the halocarbon, after that the halocarbon is isolated from prepared oil by vaporation. The prepared grape oil is characterized by high content of biologically active substances – tocopherols, phospholipids, linoleic acid, and also it has high antioxidant activity. |
