The operating element has a transmitting element (25) displacing in a main-displaceable line (9) in one or multiple directions and in one or multiple planes against effect of counter force components. A speed sensor (10) and two contact elements (12, 13) e.g. pusher keys, produce electrical signals associated to the components during displacement of the transmitting element. A third contact element (11) detects one of the planes by the signals. A protrusion is provided at inner long sides of a frame-type body of a housing. Attachments are arranged at a guide bar.
