<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a catheter which can easily and surely administer a medicine to a specified region in a vicinity of the surface of an intracorporeal organ. <P>SOLUTION: This catheter 10 which is attached to the intracorporeal organ 4 of mammalians including human being includes: a flexible sheet section 1 at least a part of the rear surface of which is closely joined to the surface of the intracorporeal organ 4; and a flexible tube 2 which is extended from the surface of the sheet section 1. On the rear surface of the sheet section 1, an opening 12 which communicates with the internal passage of the tube 2 is installed. On the rear surface of the sheet section 1, a closely joining region 21 which is closely joined to the organ surface 8, and a non-joining region 22 which is not closely joined to the organ surface 8 are formed.
