<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sauna apparatus easily and accurately measuring the sauna-bathing time. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The sauna apparatus performs the sauna operation by feeding micronized water droplets and negative ions into a sauna room. A bench 3 is set within the sauna room 2, and a load switch 51 to be turned on when a load is applied is mounted in the bench 3. The sauna apparatus also has a timing means 52 for measuring a preset time as the load switch 51 is turned on, and actuating an announcing means 53. With this structure, the accurate sauna bathing time can be recognized and a user can safely enjoy sauna bath. Measurement of the time is automatically started only as the user is seated on the bench 3 set within the sauna room 2 without any special operation and without a risk of wrong operation.
