PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely separate a group of to-be-separated cells without attaching the to-be-separated cells to a fat content. SOLUTION: A centrifugal separation vessel 1 comprises: a cylindrical vessel body 2 for accommodating a cell suspension, and rotated so as to cause the bottom 2b to be radially and outwardly oriented; a liquid pipeline 6 for supplying and discharging liquids C, E to/from the vessel body 2; and an accommodation section 3 communicating with a space within the vessel body 2 in the vicinity of an end 2a opposite to the bottom 2b of the vessel body 2, and accommodating a fluid F overflowing the vessel body 2.
