PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform situation estimation reflected with personality of a user, and correct determination of a special situation such as a stop for terminal operation, in a system for estimating a situation of a mobile terminal possessor based on position information sent from a mobile terminal. SOLUTION: The mobile terminal periodically executes positioning, and transmits a positioning result thereof and a code of a terminal operation situation at time sufficiently close to position measurement time to a movement track analysis server. The movement track analysis server performs state determination by use of even past positioning data to perform high-accuracy decision.
