<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical element driving apparatus that reduces the influence due to the noise generated by PWM driving, on the light emission characteristics of an optical element. Ž<P>SOLUTION: According to the first embodiment of the optical element driving apparatus, the wiring pattern connecting a first region 131, in which a PWM driving part 110 is arranged with a second region in which an optical element driving part 120 and a digital circuit 102 are arranged, is limited only to wiring patterns 11a, 11b, 12a, 12b, 12c, and accordingly, the influence due to the noise generated in the PWM driving part 110 on the optical element driving part 120 is reduced.
