<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an FPC with a metal mesh type electromagnetic wave shield layer and an FFC, which have sufficient flexibility and superior ion migration resistance and an electromagnetic wave shielding property, and further has superior corrosion resistance and antibacterial property.
