FUNCTIONAL CONDENSED EXTRACT OF COFFEE BEAN AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PURPOSE: Functional coffee concentrate and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to maximize functional effects of the coffee concentrate as a natural physiologically active substance, and to improve taste of the coffee concentrate. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of functional coffee concentrate includes the following steps: crushing and roasting raw coffee beans in 230-250°C; filtering and extracting the crushed coffee in 50-65°C; extracting and filtering the crushed coffee beans in 50-65°C for 3 ~ 9 hours; mixing the extracted and filtered liquid; filtering the mixed liquid with a filter press type after adding diatomite; centrifugally separating the filtered liquid; filtering supernatant with a cartridge filter; concentrating filtrate at a low temperature; and refining the concentrate liquid with high performance liquid chromatography.
