<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correct the capacitance of an IC-incorporating capacitor to an accurate value with a simple circuit structure, in relation to a device for correcting IC-incorporating capacitor capacitance. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The device for correcting IC-incorporating capacitor capacitance includes: an external capacitor arranged outside an integrated circuit and connected to an external terminal of the integrated circuit; a current source for injecting charge into the external capacitor; and a differentiating circuit comprising an incorporated capacitor and a resistor arranged in the integrated circuit and detecting the change gradient of potential of the external capacitor in injecting the charge into the external capacitor by the current source. By amplifying the difference between the change gradient detected by the differentiating circuit and a reference value, capacitance dispersion of the incorporated capacitor provided for a predetermined circuit is detected, and the capacitance of the incorporated capacitor provided for the predetermined circuit is corrected based on the detected capacitance dispersion.
