PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling stock controller relaxing impulses among composed rolling stocks. SOLUTION: The rolling stock controller includes: a position sensing means sensing a passage at an inflection point of a grade by a train being composed of a plurality of rolling stocks and using at least one rolling stock as a motive power unit; and a control means discriminating rolling stock groups passed with the inflection point in the train as a reference and the rolling stock groups not passed in units of rolling stock units when the train travels at the inflection point. The rolling stock controller further includes: a deceleration means installed to the motive power unit for controlling deceleration to the motive power-unit itself; and an acceleration means mounted on the motive power unit for controlling acceleration to the motive power-unit itself.
