<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide new sugarcoated food sufficiently having both of deliciousness as food and stability in lipid-soluble functional substance easy to be acidified due to light or oxygen. <P>SOLUTION: The sugarcoated food the center layer of which contains lipid-soluble functional substance easy to be acidified due to light or oxygen, has a sugarcoat layer having the weight ≥5 times that of the center layer, and is structured as follows: the sugarcoat layer consists mainly of sugar; the sugarcoat layer is formed into multilayer while a sugar layer and a vitamin-C layer are alternately superimposed; the sugar layer has a crystal formation; and the grain diameter of the crystal is 5-15 μm. The lipid-soluble functional substance preferably comprises at least one selected from the group comprising reduced coenzyme Q10, eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA), and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
