PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil agent coater capable of uniformly applying a spinning oil agent on a plurality of thermoplastic polymer filaments ejected from spinning holes arranged annularly. SOLUTION: This oil agent coater equipped with at least two plates (A), (B) having different diameters, and arranged at the inside of the plurality of filaments ejected from the spinning holes at the downstream side of a spinneret equipped with the plurality of spinning holes arranged annularly is characterized by arranging the plate (A) 8 having a larger diameter at the downstream side regarding to the filament traveling direction, and the plate (B) 10 in the upstream side so that they have a gap in at least a part in their surface direction with each other and also the outer circumference of the plate (A) makes a contact with the inside of the plurality of the filaments and the plate (B) is kept as holding a non-contacting state with the plurality of the filaments, wherein, regarding to the gap, its thickness becomes larger in a traveling direction of the filaments as it becomes far from the center of the plates (A), (B), and it is equipped with an oil agent-supplying means for filling the oil agent 12 in the above gap.
