The dough in the form of sheets is baked. For filling preparation cut girasol or girasol-sunflower, or yacon, or chicory, dry in the microwave oven at the set process parametres, impregnate with separated miscella recieved by extraction of laurel and liquid nitrogen, with simultaneous increase pressure increase, dump of pressure to atmospheric with simultaneous raw materials freezing and it's cryo disintegration in the environment of the allocated nitrogen with flour getting, its mixing with culinary fat, sugar substitute "Sladeks" and a waffle crumb.
