<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology, capable of suppressing the interruption of communication with an external communication device and performing a loop-back test, in a communication device which performs communication by a TDD system. <P>SOLUTION: A transmission/reception part 19 transmits and receives signals to/from a terminal 2 by the TDD (time division duplexing) system, in which a transmission period and a reception period appear repeatedly. A digital signal generating/analyzing section 11 performs loop-back test for determining whether the loop-back test data output to the transmission/reception part 19 and loop-back test data fed back from the transmitting/receiving section 19 match.
