<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus for surely making a user recognize that the destruction processing of an image has been executed, suppressing the consumption of developer in image formation for informing a user that the image has been destroyed, and surely suppressing the leakage of a confidential document or the like. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In an image processor, when any dot pattern for inhibiting duplication exists in an image (#3:YES), an image destruction processing part performs image destruction processing to image data (#5), and a storage processing part stores image data after the image destruction processing (#6). An RGB/CMY conversion processing part converts the image data into CMY image data C1, M1, Y1 (#7), and a UCR black generation processing part sets a coefficient α of formula (1): K1=min(C1, M1, Y1)×α to "1", and generates image data K1, C2, M2, Y2 by using formula (2): C2=C1-K1, formula (3): M2=M1-K1, and formula (4): Y2=Y1-K1 (#10).
