Gymnastics for eyes with application of flat information-carrier in form of text stereogramme for its visual reading is carried out. Information to be read is represented in form of four columns located near each other. Each column is placed inside rectangular. Visual reading of information is performed by alternative parallel and cross methods of reading for 15-20 minutes of each with 1-3 minute interval between them. ^ EFFECT: method allows to increase efficiency of vision correction, achieve its improvement and recovery. ^ 1 tbl
