PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a high frequency filter which reduces the area to be occupied and reduces the loss. SOLUTION: A high frequency filter includes: a first dielectric body 1a, including a first conductor pattern on an upper surface and a second conductor pattern, that has one or more first release holes, on a lower surface and comprising a plurality of first through-holes 3a electrically connecting both the patterns; a second dielectric body 1b, respectively including a third conductor pattern, that includes one or more electromagnetic field coupling means 6, on an upper surface and a fourth conductor pattern on a lower surface and comprising a plurality of second through-holes 3b electrically connecting both the patterns; and a plurality of ball-like conductors 4, disposed in between the first dielectric body and the second dielectric body for physically and electrically connecting the second conductor pattern and the third conductor pattern. An air layer, formed by connecting the first dielectric body and the second dielectric body via the plurality of ball-like conductors, is used to constitute one or more series resonance circuits.
