The system of fast and secure transfer and processing of data messages incorporating terminal (1), mobile phone (9) registered in GSM network (28) and authorization center (18) contains element (29) of connection consisting of GSM network (28) and ISDN network (24) intended for connection to interface (19) of authorization center (18), and multi-channel interface (4) capable of multi-channel data transmission in the voice band between the terminal and the mobile phone. Within the voice band, communication between the terminal and the mobile phone can be performed by means of acoustic field, electric field or magnetic field.
