<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring device capable of acquiring more accurate measured value more easily, corresponding to a cable characteristic of a measuring part including a temperature detection element. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This measuring device 1 includes: a measuring part 20 including the temperature detection element 21 and the cable 22 including a core connected to the temperature detection element 21; a device body 10 to which the measuring part 20 is connected detachably by the cable 22; a converter 11 provided on the device body 10, for determining a temperature measured value based on a detection signal inputted from the temperature detection element 21 into the device body 10 through the cable 22; and a conversion information providing means 12 for providing conversion information for correlating the detection signal with the temperature measured value corresponding to the characteristic of the cable 22 to the converter 11. The converter 11 has a constitution for determining the temperature measured value corresponding to the characteristic of the cable 22 of the measuring part 20 based on the detection signal inputted from the temperature detection element 21 of the measuring part 20 connected to the device body 10 by using the conversion information.
