The method involves providing surfaces of an equipment e.g. pump, or a wall with a water-insoluble nontoxic antimicrobial effect for water animals and plants. An additive is added to the equipment and/or the wall made of plastic during the production. The surfaces of the equipment or the wall are provided with an antimicrobial coating that avoids the growth of bacteria, algae or protozoa. Containers e.g. fish basin, are made of plastic. |
