APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR PROCESSING CALL

PURPOSE: A call processing device and a method thereof are provided to confirm category designation about a call and request designation of a receiving terminal about the call to originating terminal in case the category about a call is not designated. CONSTITUTION: A category confirmation unit(202) confirms designation of a category about a call received from a originating terminal. In case the category is not designated, a receiving terminal confirmation unit(204) requests designation of a receiving terminal about the call to the originating terminal. A call processing unit(206) connects the call to the receiving terminal according to response. A location referring unit(208) refers location information of the originating terminal. A location transmitting unit(210) transmits the inquired location information to the receiving terminal.
