PURPOSE: A thermal insulation fire-proof diesel engine and a high efficiency engine using the same are provided to prevent exhaust gas from remaining inside compressed air before fuel injection by forming a thermal insulation engine of a two-stroke cycle diesel engine. CONSTITUTION: A thermal insulation fire-proof diesel engine and a high efficiency engine using the same comprise a piston(3), a cylinder(1), and a cylinder head(17a). The piston is composed of a piston head(5) coated with the thermal insulation refractory and a skirt(7) in which a piston-ring(9) is only installed. The inner wall of the cylinder is coated with the thermal insulation refractory(37a). The cylinder head comprises an exhaust valve(19) and an exhaust pipe(21). The inner surface of the cylinder head is coated with thermal insulation refractory(37b). The cylinder head constitutes the thermal insulation fire-proof chamber(35) with thermal insulation refractory-coating wall and the piston head coated with the thermal insulation refractory.
