PURPOSE: A Fast Fourier Transform operation device and method of a wireless telecommunications system are provided to read and use the corresponding operation location and operation factor in a FFT operational process by storing in advance the operation location of a FFT operation which depends on the point, and also the rotation factor which corresponds to the operation location. CONSTITUTION: An operation location storage(200) stores an operation location which multiplies the rotation factor in accordance with the point of an N-point FFT operation. A rotation factor storage(100) stores the rotation factor value which is multiplied in the operation location. An operation unit(300) performs an FFT operation by reading the rotation factor value which is multiplied according to the operation location. The operation location is produced according to the periodicity of the FFT operation in accordance with the point.
