A DETERMINATION METHOD OF TURNOVER FOR THERMAL FORMING PROCESS OF CURVED STEEL SHEET AND A SYSTEM THEREOF

PURPOSE: A turnover determination method for a curved steel sheet forming process and a system thereof are provided to automatically determine the proper time for turnover of a steel sheet based on the formed degree and variation in curvature. CONSTITUTION: A turnover determination method for a curved steel sheet forming process comprises the steps of: measuring a steel sheet being presently machined and inputting a designed shape and measured topology data of the steel sheet(S10), matching the design shape with a 3D curved surface of the presently machined steel sheet(S20), calculating a deformation rate using the difference between the design shape and the actual shape of the steel sheet(S30), adding up a first deformation rate and a second deformation rate crossing the first deformation rate using the deformation rate(S40), check whether the sum of the first deformation rate intersects that of the second deformation rate(S50), and determining turnover time according to the check result(S60).
