PURPOSE: A call processing control apparatus and a method thereof are provided to analyze an SIP header of a received register to determine whether a subscriber is authenticated, thereby simplifying a call processing procedure. CONSTITUTION: A register receiver(61) receives a register message from a subscriber terminal(110). An SIP(Session Initiation Protocol) header analyzer(62) analyzes an SIP header of the received register message. The SIP header analyzer determines whether to authenticate the subscriber according to a subscriber attribute of the SIP header. If the subscriber can be authenticated, a server allocation request unit(63) transmits a success response to the subscriber terminal. If the subscriber can not be authenticated, a multimedia authentication request unit(64) transmits a message which shows no authority to the subscriber terminal.
