PURPOSE: A valve of an LNG reservoir tank is provided to easily adjust the amount of LNG(Liquefied Natural Gas) flowing in each storage tank when unloading LNG in a plurality of storage tanks. CONSTITUTION: A valve of an LNG reservoir tank comprises a master valve(110), a first solenoid valve(120), a second solenoid valve(170), and a bypass valve(180). The master valve applies pressure to an air motor valve(100) installed at the entrance of a storage tank. The first solenoid valve is connected to a pneumatic control line for controlling the master valve. The second solenoid valve is connected to a pneumatic operation line for operating the master valve. The bypass valve is connected to the second solenoid valve in parallel and controls the amount of air.
