PURPOSE: An olefin hydroformylation reactor and a hydroformylation method using thereof are provided to improve the contact surface area of olefin and synthetic gas using a dispersion plate installed inside the reactor. CONSTITUTION: An olefin hydroformylation reactor comprises the following: an injecting unit spraying synthetic gas into a catalyst mixture solution stored inside the reactor(100) and installed on the upper side of the reactor; a reactor outlet(40) discharging a reaction mixture of the olefin and the synthetic gas and located on the lower side of the reactor; and the reactor including a dispersion plate(50) converting the flow of the olefin and the synthetic gas and installed in between the ejecting unit and the reactor outlet. The ejecting unit includes an ejector(20) with a nozzle.
