发明名称 Method for producing composite elements
摘要
#CMT# #/CMT# The method comprises applying an adhesion promoter between a top layer and a layer that is permanently fixed to the top layer. The top layer is moved continuously and the adhesion promoter and the layer fixed to the top layer or the base materials of the layer are applied to the top layer one after the other. The adhesion promoter is applied using a rotating disc, which is equipped at edges with prongs and which has an increased edge on which the prongs are subjected, where two to five discs are arranged to each other. The number of prongs is 10-100. #CMT# : #/CMT# The method comprises applying an adhesion promoter between a top layer and a layer that is permanently fixed to the top layer. The prongs have a triangular or square form and are horizontally mounted. The ratio of length and diameter of the disc and the increased edge is 5/1 to 100/1. A passage is angularly or roundedly arranged to the increased edge. The disc is arranged in a height of 0.02-0.2 m over the top layer. The wetting radius of the adhesion promoter on the top layer is 0.25-1.5 m. The number of revolutions of the disc is 200-2500 min -> 1>, is momentary reduced in periodical manner and is increased again at the beginning level. A reactive single- or multi component of polyurethane system is used as adhesion promoter. The adhesion promoter is not yet overstepped its open time to the moment of the application of the starting material for isocyanate based hard foam on the lower top layer. The adhesion promoter consists of physical blowing agent and has a gross density of 200-1200 g/L. The top layer is aluminum foil or aluminum- or steel sheet. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Method for producing composite elements for producing light building panels. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The method ensures simple and efficient production of composite elements with light weight and good flexibility. #CMT#DESCRIPTION OF DRAWINGS : #/CMT# The figure shows a schematic representation of a disc. #CMT#POLYMERS : #/CMT# Preferred Components: The hard foam materials are isocyanate based polyurethane- or polyisocyanurate foam material. An independent claim is included for a device for producing composite elements.
