<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provides a system for stably mass-producing seamless capsules of uniform particle size. <P>SOLUTION: The system 1 is to produce seamless capsules using a plurality of nozzles 2a to 2d. In the system, the respective nozzles 2a to 2d are fed, from pumps 16 and 18, with a core liquid 5 and a film liquid 6 via distributors 21 and 22, respectively. The distributors 21 and 22 and the respective nozzles 2a to 2d are connected via respectively equal-length core liquid distributive tubes 23a to 23d and film liquid distributive tubes 25a to 25d, respectively. The distributor 21 is incorporated with a vibrator 24, and the core liquid 5 is fed, with vibration, into the nozzles 2a to 2d.
