<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus surely positioning a belt unit by surely suppressing lift of an edge of the belt unit. <P>SOLUTION: The belt unit (conveyance belt unit 70) includes a handle provided at one end side of a frame, a supporting shaft portion 75E provided at the other end side of the frame, and a frame-side engaging portion (positioning projection 75F) provided between the supporting shaft portion 75E and the handle. An apparatus body 10 includes a supporting surface 111 supporting the supporting shaft portion 75E turnably, a body-side engaging portion (slot 112) fit to the frame-side engaging portion that moves in circular-arc locus centering the supporting shaft portion 75E, and a pressing portion 113 pressing the lift of the supporting shaft portion 75E by contacting a contact portion 75G nearer to the other end side than the supporting shaft portion 75E when the frame-side engaging portion and the body-side engaging portion are fit to each other. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
