<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a glass ceramic dielectric material which can be inexpensively produced with stable quality, and precipitates anorthite crystals. <P>SOLUTION: In the glass ceramics sintered compact obtained by firing a glass ceramic dielectric material composed of SiO<SB>2</SB>-Al<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>-CaO-B<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>-based glass powder and Al<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>powder, and in which the dielectric constant is 6 to 8 in the region of 1 to 20 GHz or over, the glass powder comprises 5 to 9 mass% B<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>, and the compositional ratios of SiO<SB>2</SB>, Al<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>and CaO when the total quantity of B<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>is substituted with SiO<SB>2</SB>lie in the region of a triangle with an A point (SiO<SB>2</SB>64.4 pts.mass, Al<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>16.9 pts.mass, CaO 18.7 pts.mass), a B point (SiO<SB>2</SB>62.1 pts.mass, Al<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>9.9 pts.mass, CaO 28.0 pts.mass) and a C point (SiO<SB>2</SB>47.3 pts.mass, Al<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>19.0 pts.mass, CaO 33.7 pts.mass) as peaks in an SiO<SB>2</SB>-Al<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>-CaO ternary composition diagram. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
