PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control an information distribution timing by learning a unique visit pattern higher in information acceptance rate. SOLUTION: The content distribution server calculates a pattern adaptation rate based on the matching result of the visit pattern of the current session of a user with a unique visit pattern (ST14), and calculates the current information acceptance scores based on the pattern adaptation rate and the information acceptance scores of each visit pattern (ST15), and selects and distributes distribution information to be distributed based on the current information acceptance scores (ST16 to ST19). Also, the content distribution server calculates the information acceptance rate based on the feedback of information acceptance time from the portable terminal, and updates the information acceptance scores based on the pattern adaptation rate in several times of information distribution including this time and the information acceptance scores of each unique visit pattern calculated based on the information acceptance rate (ST20).
