PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an device for pattern cell culture simply confirming the direction, position, or the like of a micropattern for the pattern cell culture by visual observation. SOLUTION: The device for the pattern cell culture includes a substrate in which a pattern of a cell adhesive region is formed on the surface. The device for the pattern cell culture has a decision means for deciding the orientation and/or position of the pattern by the visual observation.
