PURPOSE: A vehicle for the handicapped is provided, which enables to move a seat variably by a wheelchair on which a user rides. CONSTITUTION: A vehicle for the handicapped comprises: a vehicle body(10) which is formed of a constant space for a passenger and in which each seat is separable; a first and a second plate(31) which are combined with the back side of a rear door, are hinged to each other and allow rotation; a foldable drive member(40) which is equipped in one side of the first and second plates and folds the first and second plates; a controller(50) in which a communication unit is equipped; and a height adjustment member(13) which adjusts the height of the wheelchair by pneumatic pressure.
