PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such problems that position deviation between a magnetic recording element and a heat source is caused depending on a radius and a signal having low signal quality is written, and that a signal of an adjacent track is deteriorated, in an information recording and reproducing device using a conventional heat assist recording system. SOLUTION: Positions of a magnetic recording element and a heat source are measured for each radial position, when a signal of an adjacent track is deteriorated by the heat source and a magnetic field, control is performed so that magnetic fields having strength by which heat spot and demagnetization are caused are within the track. Also, when a signal of the adjacent track is deteriorated by any one of heat or a magnetic field, control is performed so that a magnetic field of strength causing heat spot or demagnetization is within the track.
