<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a DC-DC converter unit capable of achieving, e.g. scale-down of the entire DC-DC converter unit and cost saving by increasing the variety of methods for detecting an abnormality of switching operation. <P>SOLUTION: The DC-DC converter unit 50 includes: a temperature sensor 69 for detecting the element temperatures of upper arm switching elements 81u-81w and lower arm switching elements 82u-82w; and a converter control section 48 for detecting an abnormality of switching operation of each of the switching elements based on the detected element temperature. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
