<p>The multimedia personalized call method and system are provided by the present invention. In the multimedia personalized call method of the present invention, before the voice channel is established, the called communication terminal dynamically acquires the personalized information of the calling communication terminal in order to display the personalized information of the calling communication terminal on its display when receiving the call.
