Disclosed are an amino acid sequence with activity that imparts aggregation to enzymes, a genetic DNA that encodes an amino acid sequence with activity that imparts aggregation to enzymes, and a method for producing enzymes, to which aggregation is imparted or enhanced, using this genetic DNA. An amino acid sequence possesses four or more repetitions of a sequence indicated by any of sequence numbers 1-3, a DNA encodes with this amino acid sequence, an enzyme is genetically modified such that any of the amino acid sequences indicated by sequence numbers 1-3 is repeated four or more times, and an enzyme production method is characterized in that an enzyme is genetically modified by introducing an amino acid sequence with four or more repetitions of a sequence indicated by any of sequence numbers 1-3.
