<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To highly accurately perform the multilateral analysis of a skin state and evaluation by an analyzed result. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The skin state analyzing method for analyzing the skin state in a set object area by using images in which the entire face or local face of a subject is photographed includes: an analysis procedure of extracting wrinkles of the skin from the image and analyzing at least one of an area, a depth and a volume for each extracted wrinkle; a classification and evaluation procedure of performing classification corresponding to classifications preset for each wrinkle using an analyzed result obtained by the analysis procedure and evaluating the skin state of the object area on the basis of an obtained classified result; a storage procedure of storing the image and an evaluated result obtained from the classification and evaluation procedure in association with the measurement time of the skin of the subject and subject information; a display picture generation procedure of generating a picture for displaying the image of each subject stored by the storage procedure or the evaluated result obtained by the classification and evaluation procedure; and an output procedure of outputting information generated by the display picture generation procedure.
