PURPOSE: A sports tool for removing the abdominal weight is provided, which can maximize the quantity of motion and make easy exercise of abdomen for the fat removal of abdomen and side and muscular exercise. CONSTITUTION: A sports tool for removing the abdominal weight comprises; a main body(1) which is manufactured using the wooden or iron materials; and a pillow(2), a seat back(3), a hips board(5), and a stage(6) which are manufactured with leather or the fabric material. An iron rod(7), an iron rod supporting board(13), a stage supporting board(12), and a hips board supporting board(14) are manufactured with the iron material. The stage bracket and hips board bracket are settled in each loop(9) through a pulley(10) by a coated wire(8). If a user steps the stage, the hips plate moves in the direction that the hips board steps.
