<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process for producing a cross-linked molded foam having a surface having properties different from that in the inside of the molded foam without passing through a step of modifying the surface of the molded foam. <P>SOLUTION: The process for producing a cross-linked molded foam uses a lower mold having a tray-form recessed part 4 and an upper mold 2 capable of tightly closing the tray-form recessed part 4 and includes all of the following steps: (1) a step in which a thermoplastic resin sheet (A)5a containing a blowing agent and a crosslinking agent and a thermoplastic resin sheet (B)5b containing the blowing agent and the crosslinking agent and differing in a resin composition from the thermoplastic resin sheet (A)5a are stacked in the tray-form recessed part 4 and the upper mold 2 and the lower mold 1 are clamped to fill the tray-form recessed part 4 with the thermoplastic resin sheet (A)5a and thermoplastic resin sheet (B)5b; (2) a step in which the molds clamped are pressed and heated; and (3) a step in which the molds are unclamped to obtain a molded foam. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
