PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil recovery method of underground oil contaminated soil, capable of efficiently recovering oil in an oil contaminated part, by solving the problem that the oil cannot be recovered efficiently since the oil on the groundwater surface moves slower than the groundwater, and the oil floated on the groundwater surface hardly moves horizontally only by lowering the groundwater level in a recovery well, to hardly cause the oil to flow in the recovery well and in particular, when the oil contaminated region in the ground present around the recovery well ranges in a wide area, the horizontal flow of the oil present at a separated place from the recovery well becomes slow, to hardly cause the oil to flow into the recovery well.
