PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance durability in a hinge structure realizing a clicking feel and an electronic device using the same. SOLUTION: A hinge structure is composed of a first bearing part 21 provided to a rotor 12, a second bearing part 22 arranged in a device body 11 and provided with a plurality of rugged parts 28 in an inner peripheral part and a shaft member 23. The shaft member 23 is formed so as to be mounted in a first and second bearing parts 21, 22 and composed of an arm part 41 having spring properties, an engagement projection 42 provided to the arm part 41 and engaged with the rugged part 28, a coming-off preventive claw 43 fixed to the first bearing part 21 and a fixing groove 44. When the device body 11 and rotor 12 are relatively turned, the engagement projection 42 moves in the second bearing part 22 while successively riding across the rugged part 28 through the elastic deformation of the arm part 41.
