The present invention relates to a refrigerator. The refrigerator comprises a first storage space (2); a second storage space (3), at least one parameter of which is controlled independent of the first storage space (2); and a partition element (4) which separates the first storage space (2) from the second storage space (3). According to the present invention, the partition element (4) comprises a thermally insulated space (5) which is hermetically enclosed and which is filled with inert gas.
